New York came out firing, knocking down a franchise-record ten three-pointers in the first quarter and finished the game with 19 made treys. The Knicks also did a much better job defending the line Monday night. After inexcusably allowing Boston to knock down 27 treys Saturday at MSG, New York limited the Wolves to 11 made three-pointers on 41 attempts. (The Knicks are now 3-0 this season when they allow fewer than 12 treys and 0-3 when they allow more than 13.)
